Pack Your Items
Carefully place the eyewear, along with the original case and cleaning cloth, into the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.
Apply the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
